Christmas morning came bright and early in our house but luckily Benjamin is young enough we were able to put him off long enough for Brynlee to wake up also. He got up right at 7 and Brynlee was about 7:35ish, early for this mama but I know it could have been so much worse. Santa left his gifts in the office by the tree and fireplace, conveniently we can close that room off and the kids couldn't see any of the goodies before we were ready for them too. I got to sneak in with the camera and was able to get great pictures of the kiddos in their sheer joy of the moment. After opening gifts we had cinnamon rolls, sang Happy Birthday to Jesus, played some more, had a large ham lunch, took naps(me included), video chatted with grandma and papa, and spent the whole day in our jammies. It was a fab-u-lous day as a family of 4.5, fun was had by all!

Buying gifts for Ben is so stressful but this year I actually got him something that he likes and wanted. He got new bar stools for the kitchen, score one for me!
